Well, I went to see my nutritionist today.
And apparently my weight has been going up slightly, BUT my body fat percentage has been going down slightly.
Which means either:
- I have somehow been a bit more hydrated the last couple of times I’ve gotten weighed in
- Different clothing composition?
OR
- I’ve gained muscle!
^And I most definitely would not mind that at all!

Prob muscle. My soc said the same thing after I started running. Since then I’ve continued to gain weight from muscle.
